The story of E-16
E-16 is a patented plant conditioner that employs a completely new approach globally, encapsulating the essences of several plants extracted using a special cold extraction technology within nanometric lipid envelopes. These essences can maximize the genetic potential of plant growth and resistance.
The plant active ingredients extracted using supercritical CO2 have a stable, dispersed, microemulsion system, which, with the help of the liposomal formulation, can be more easily absorbed by plants. Structurally, it contains cell-identical micelles of nanometric size, with the active ingredient enclosed in their hydrophobic core. Electron microscope studies show that this is a multilamellar liposome system.
The new formulation allows the near-maximum utilization of active ingredients in various physiological processes of plants.
Biological impact studies on samples from cultivation trials have shown that the product with the new formulation stimulates the biotic stress pathways associated with induced resistance and, depending on the species, also affects the hormonal pathways associated with abiotic stress.

E-16 has been tested on numerous plant cultures. It has been proven that E-16 truly exerts its effect through knowledge-intensive application. Plant cultures and cultivation areas cannot be standardized; they must always be examined individually and E-16 applied based on that.
The technology's instructions require it to be applied with irrigation water or sprayed. Due to the leaf structure of many plants (hairy surface, waxier surface, etc.), absorption through leaves is not sufficient.
Similarly, dosage and application timing are very important, as although a 240 g/hectare overdose test (more than 10 times the recommended amount) had no negative impact on the plants, as a biostimulant, applying it at the wrong growth phase can disrupt plant development.
In cultures where powdery mildew infection was observed, E-16 always showed varying degrees of effectiveness. Its effect against obligate parasitic pathogens on the surface of the leaf and fruit epidermis was preventive and curative against powdery mildew species such as grapevine (Uncinula necator) and apple (Podosphera leucotrycha)

In summary, with proper planning and selection of the appropriate variety, it significantly contributes to a successful production technology, greatly reducing plant protection tasks and costs. Equally important, it improves both the quantity and quality of the yield

We place great emphasis on ensuring our products are validated and pioneering in the field of science. This is also true for our E-16 product. We have presented our results to the scientific community through significant international publications.
